-Cover is relatively flat with slight surface wear near spines.

-Corners almost sharp.

-Spine roll is slightly present, spine sagged .

-Staples rusted. Lower side of cover detached from staple .

-No writings or scribblings

– Paper is cream to tan,no signs of brittleness.

-No interior tears present.
