-Cover is relatively flat with slight surface wear near spines.

Cover approximately 2 x 1 inch tear almost right top . and slight tear in right top corner.

-Staples rusted , but intact

– ink writing on cover page. Book stall seal on back cover.

– Paper is cream to tan,no signs of brittleness.
