-Cover is relatively flat with almost nil surface wear near spines and corners.

-back cover missing.

Cove slightly detached from spine.

-Staples rusted , but intact.

– Small binding holes present adjacent to the spine.

– ink writings on cover page and page one.

– Paper is cream to tan, no signs of brittleness.
